Services fall into three groups: brows, waxing and a free consultation. Brow options pair a mapped shape with waxing. Waxing covers small areas such as lip, chin and underarms, larger areas such as half and full arms and upper and lower legs, and bikini work from a Mini Moon bikini line wax up to a Full Moon and Brazilian service.
A visit starts by entering the building lobby and calling suite 401 on arrival so the salon door can be opened. The first step is a free 15-minute Vibe Check to talk through skin concerns and questions, followed by a patch test on the arm. A restroom is down the same hallway as the suite. Appointments have a 7-minute arrival window.
Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead. A cancellation or no-show within 24 hours can bring a 50% fee charged to the card on file, and a late arrival past 7 minutes may also incur a fee. Payment is taken through the booking site, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.
The salon describes itself as a safe space. Wax Wednesday bundles, starting at $50, are offered on Wednesdays for existing clients only.
