Beyond appointments, the business offers hair care products to customers whether or not they visit the salon, though product orders are not refundable or returnable and ship by USPS in 7 to 14 days. MBS eGift cards from $25 to $200 never expire. A loyalty program awards 1 point per $1 spent and 50 points on signup, with 75 points redeeming 10% off store products and 250 points redeeming $20 off the lowest-priced item in cart. There is also a wholesale opportunity to start a business from as little as $150, with hair extensions sold at additional cost. For people who want training, Kidz Kutz Kolor is a four-week Sunday class costing $250 that covers theory, color, cutting, rod and roller sets, braiding, facials and create-your-own styling. The MBS Next Level Apprenticeship takes 24 months or less, totals 2,000 hours and prepares students for the cosmetology license, with a cost of $15,900 that includes a kit. Its curriculum covers state board preparation, health and safety, hair styling, cutting, color, weaving, skin care, makeup and lash application.
