The salon specializes in natural-nail manicures. It does not use false tips, acrylic, or an electric drill or dremel. Its dry manicures, which shape and trim nails and cuticles without soaking hands or nails in water, have been offered since 2017. Dry manicure is included with shellac and dip manicures; it is added to classic manicures only on request.
Polish is offered in more than 150 colors from OPI, CND and Gelish, in regular polish, gel, or dip powder. Pedicures use massage spa chairs and include a sugar scrub, leg and foot massage, and hot towels. The salon also removes gel or dip applied at another salon, though that work takes longer than removing its own products.
Services are by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted. A credit card is required to hold a booking. Payment is accepted by Zelle, Venmo, cash and check, and cards are not taken at the salon. Gift cards are available. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service, and cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows are charged the full price, so clients who cannot attend are asked to reschedule as early as possible. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday, with closing times of 6:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday and 5:00 pm on Wednesday and Friday, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
The salon focuses on natural nails, offering dry manicures and avoiding false tips, acrylic and drill-based shaping.
