The menu runs from quick brow services and a short conditioning mask to longer color sessions. Haircuts range from a kids' cut for ages 14 and under to short cuts, bang trims and haircuts with styling. Color options include all-over color, glaze, full highlights or lowlights, custom blonding, custom color and fantasy color, with the custom and fantasy services billed at $100 per hour for roughly three hours. Perms, shampoo and blowdry, and formal styling are also available, along with bridal hair styling, bridal hair trials and bridal party styling.

Consultations are free. A 20-minute consultation covers hair goals and cost, and a 30-minute extensions consultation helps clients figure out which extension type suits their hair and lifestyle. Booking and payment are handled through the online booking page. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows carry a 50% service fee.

The salon is open Wednesday from 10 AM to 2 PM, Thursday from 3:30 to 8 PM, Friday from 3:30 to 6:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Custom looks are built around each client's appearance, with options ranging from a full transformation to a subtle change with some flair.
