The color menu runs from root touch-ups and T-zone color for grey coverage to global color and a global color with hair lift, which requires blonding first to reach an all-over shade. Custom partial blonding is foiled around the crown and face frame and is maintained every four to six weeks, while custom full blonding covers the whole head. Platinum Card is a full-head foiling service in which every strand is foiled. Vivid Color covers full transformations, balayage, color block, money pieces and peekaboos, and Color Block applies bold color in sections or panels. Several color and blonding services are booked with a $50 deposit for new clients.

Extension work includes tape-in installation, I tip installation, sew-in extensions and removal, plus Fairy Hair, a glitter tinsel installation tailored to the look a client wants. Extension pricing is set after a consultation.

A free 15-minute consultation lets clients talk through their hair history, the steps needed to reach their goal and the cost before booking. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of an appointment incur a 30% fee, and clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late are cancelled automatically. In-person bookings can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

The salon aims for clients to leave happy with their hair and confident in their new look, working toward their hair goals in a healthy way.
