The salon says good hair begins with trust, honesty and a stylist who listens to what the client wants. Stylists work as independent contractors and run their own books, so hours depend on the individual stylist. Some stylists ask for a deposit to hold an appointment, and deposits are non-refundable. Clients contact a stylist directly through the Instagram account linked from the team page.

Blonding and going-lighter services range from face frame to full blonding and a compact foil option. Dimensional color includes half and full versions, and lowlights are listed under that category without a set price. Foil work, balayage and teasies are priced with toner, bonder and styling included. Other services include all-over color, root touch-ups, toner refreshes, haircuts, shampoo and style, a Brazilian blowout and an add-on haircut or extra bowl that can be combined with any service. Prices shown are starting prices.

Parking is free on the street with no time limit, and two designated spots sit right by the back door, which clients can also use as an entrance. There is a large shared lot with the neighboring Abernathy Center, though space can be limited during special events.

Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice. Cancelling the day before an appointment carries a fee of 50% of the expected service amount, and cancelling on the day carries a fee of 100%.
