The menu covers men's cuts, signature women's cuts, mini cuts for girls 11 and under, and bang trims. Blow dries are styled with a straightening or curling iron, and special event styling comes in five options. For frizz and curl, the salon offers three keratin treatments: the Keratin Express Blowout, the Brazilian Blowout and the Lasio Mocha Silk Keratin.

Hair extensions include tape-in, keratin bond and CombLine methods. Every extension service starts with a consultation for color and density matching. Tape-ins use medical-grade adhesive and need move-ups every four to eight weeks. Keratin bonds are customized and priced by the amount of hair ordered, and CombLine is designed for thinning hair.

The salon is open Monday through Friday with varying hours, and it is closed on weekends. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Blowout packages of 4, 8 or 12 save a set amount over single visits, and their credits apply automatically at checkout.
