The laser menu includes laser hair removal on the Epilaze system, which uses built-in contact cooling and light-based technology to target hair follicles. Pricing depends on the size of the treated area, which is small, medium or large, and clients need to arrive shaved in that area. The clinic says a typical course is 6-8 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart in most areas, and it notes that the method works less well on blonde, red, white and grey hair. Treatable areas include the face, arms, legs, feet, torso, pubic region and buttocks. Pico laser treatment is offered for dark spots, sun damage, melasma and acne marks; sessions take 15 to 30 minutes, usually 1 to 3 are needed over a couple of months, and maintenance every six months is suggested. Pico laser tattoo removal usually takes a few sessions, up to ten, booked about eight weeks apart.

Other skin and body services include a 45-minute carbon laser facial, which pairs laser with a carbon-based mask, and a VI Chemical Peel. Microneedling uses sterile fine needles to make controlled micro-channels in the skin, and radiofrequency microneedling adds RF energy. PiXel8-RF is a precision microneedling treatment with controlled RF heat; a visit can take up to a couple of hours, the procedure itself about 20 minutes, and numbing cream is applied for 20 to 40 minutes beforehand. The clinic suggests a series of three treatments four weeks apart and says improvement is usually seen within 3 to 4 weeks, with further change over several months. Medical contraindications are reviewed before PiXel8-RF. Seven-color LED light therapy offers a different skin focus for each light color. Lymphatic drainage massage with Wood Therapy and a post-operative lymphatic drainage massage are also offered, along with medical-grade IV hydration.

The medical side covers primary care, including routine checkups, immunizations, preventive screenings, chronic condition management, lab testing and men's and women's health, for both children and adults. Urgent care covers minor injuries, wound care and stitching, on-site lab work and rapid tests, vaccines and tele-urgent care. The medical weight-loss program starts with an evaluation of medical history, lab work, body composition and metabolic function, and plans can include nutrition counseling, lifestyle coaching and prescription weight-loss medication when appropriate. DOT medical exams and work and school injury evaluations are also available.

The clinic accepts insurance and direct payment. Aesthetic services are not covered by insurance and are paid out of pocket, and self-pay pricing is available for people without insurance or whose services are not covered. Staff will help check insurance benefits and explain costs on request. For skin rejuvenation sessions, clients are asked to stop retinol or hydroquinone 3 days beforehand and to avoid sun exposure and laser, IPL or chemical peel treatments for 4 weeks before.
