Brow services include a shape with hybrid tint, a lamination combined with shaping and tinting, and permanent makeup touch-ups. Lash services range from removing existing extensions and filling in growth to classic, hybrid and volume extensions and a lash lift with tint. Permanent makeup covers microblading, powder brows and a one-year touch-up, which is booked for a point about a year after the first treatment.

Appointments are held for a specific time slot, so clients are asked to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and arriving later can lead to a late cancellation fee. No additional guests may attend appointments. Reminders go out by email and text ahead of the visit.

Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later, available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards and services are non-refundable. Problems with a first appointment should be reported within 72 hours under the satisfaction policy. The studio reserves the right to decline any service.
