Most new clients begin with a diagnostic process: an initial consultation, then testing, a review of results, and a personalized action plan. The Comprehensive Longevity Assessment is the most thorough version, taking two to three hours and covering full-body MRI screening, bloodwork across more than 100 biomarkers, telomere length analysis and biological age testing. Longer-term programs are built as multi-part protocols that address nutrition, supplementation, exercise, sleep and targeted treatments, with ongoing visits typically scheduled about every three months. Other diagnostics include genetic analysis, DEXA scans, cardiovascular assessment, cognitive testing and microbiome analysis.

The aesthetic menu includes laser skin resurfacing, microneedling with the client's own platelet-rich plasma, IPL photofacial, radiofrequency skin tightening and hyaluronic acid fillers. Downtime varies by treatment, from none to two to five days. Injectable options include neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, PRF EZ Gel made from the client's own blood, lip enhancement, jawline and chin contouring, and non-surgical rhinoplasty. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if a client is unhappy with the result. Neuromodulator results typically last three to four months, and filler results typically last six to 18 months.

Hair restoration is performed with the ARTAS robotic system, and procedures are also described on a separate hair transplant clinic website, hairtransplantartas.com. Options include ARTAS iX Robotic FUE at $7,500 for up to 3,000 grafts and NeoGraft FUE starting at $4,500. Consultations are free and can be held in person or by video call. The clinic states that the ARTAS system is FDA cleared, that its procedures leave no linear scar, that it has more than 20 years of experience, and that it has treated more than 5,000 patients. These are the clinic's own statements. Payment plans are available through Cherry with monthly payments and no hard credit check to apply, and the clinic offers payment plans more generally.

IV sessions are started by a registered nurse, supervised by licensed medical staff, and usually last 30 to 60 minutes in an infusion suite. Formulas are prepared by medical professionals using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, and custom blends are based on lab-guided nutrient levels. Clients are advised to eat a light meal and drink fluids beforehand. Regenerative treatments take place in a clinical suite, and many procedures are completed in one visit. Concierge membership, billed monthly or annually with treatments billed separately or through insurance, adds 24/7 physician access, home and office visits, specialist network access, travel medicine support and a private onboarding visit of 60 to 90 minutes.
