The menu includes Torrey Pines Signature and Couples massages, a prenatal massage for the second and third trimesters, a muscle and joint therapy massage that uses gua sha, and a hot stone massage. Body treatments range from sea salt scrubs to wraps, and the facials include options with NuFace microcurrent and LED light. Back to Brilliance is a diamond microdermabrasion facial for the back, and the Spirit to Soul and Signature rituals each run 140 minutes. Prices for most treatments are listed as a 50-minute or 80-minute version, and the spa says prices, services and hours may change, so guests are asked to call and confirm.

Booking is by phone at (858) 777-6690 or online, and the spa offers its services from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the first appointment at 9:00 a.m. The spa recommends booking at least two weeks ahead for weekdays and two to four weeks ahead for weekends or holidays, and appointments can be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice without a charge. Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to check in and change. Each treatment receives a locker, a soft robe and slippers, and treatment guests 16 and older may also use the relaxation lounge, steam room, sauna, resort pool and bay front whirlpool before or after their appointment. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and those under 12 can book nail services only.

Each service price includes a 20% service charge, with 18% going to the therapist and 2% to spa attendants and receptionists. Additional gratuity for the therapist is optional. The spa says booking directly on its website gives the lowest preferred rates. Alcohol is not permitted, and guests are asked to silence their phones during their visit. Gift cards in any amount can be used for spa services, retail, dining at A.R. Valentien or The Grill, or overnight stays.

The spa says its treatments use natural botanical and marine-based products alongside premium skincare brands, and that its staff gives personalized attention.
