New clients book a virtual consultation before a first service. It takes place over Zoom, with the link sent on the appointment day, and a starter loc consultation covers loc goals and the current condition of the hair. Each appointment is prepared individually, and the salon describes its approach as community-focused and personal. Color services require an in-person color consultation booked at least one week ahead, with hair in its natural state.

The service menu covers retwists for shorter and longer locs, interlocking maintenance, miracle knot retwists and retie appointments for micro locs. Loc repairs are done with the crochet method, and a scalp detox, scalp exfoliation, steam, hot oil and deep conditioning are available for hair and scalp care.
