A visit usually starts with a consultation, which assesses hair condition and type, gives product and maintenance recommendations, and sets out a tailored plan with time for questions. Consultations are $25, in person or virtual. Premium consultations are $50 and cover complex work such as loc extensions, reattachment and instant locs, with a custom price given afterward. Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins are welcome when space allows, with booked clients seen first. The card on file is charged before the appointment, and receipts are emailed.

Retwists include a complimentary wash, and clients sit under a dryer afterward because hair must be fully dry before styling. Rubber bands, beads and metal accessories are included at no charge for styling. Extreme matting carries an upcharge and may require a consultation first. The salon works on loc hair with its own retwisting method, combining palm rolling, careful parting and lock smithing of the shaft, with its own gel and jelly applied after misting and oiling.
