THE LIVING continues the Roswell work of MODERN Holistic Skin, the studio Jamie Leigh opened in Inman Park in 2018 before expanding to downtown Roswell in 2019. The business is run by The Living Spa and Wellness, LLC and is located at 1144 Canton Street, Suite 101.

The business says its philosophy is that skincare is physiology and beauty is biology. Its bodywork and facials are designed to support the lymphatic system, fascia and circulation. Its menu is organized under Mind, Body, Skin, Spirit, Functional Wellness and Member Services, and the team uses The Living Collection, a small-batch botanical skincare line with plant-based formulas developed alongside Functional Wellness and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.

Visits are by appointment only. New guests complete the Terms + Policies, Privacy Policy and LIVING Intake forms, and a credit card is authorized and kept on file. When booking online, new guests select the New Guest Welcome enhancement, which adds 15 minutes, a grounding foot bath and a brief consultation. Clients with current medical care, certain treatments or chronic conditions are asked to share relevant health information beforehand, and the business may adjust, postpone or decline a treatment when contraindications are present.

Signature offerings include the 60-minute Botanical Bespoke facial, which combines exfoliation, a mask, face massage and a hydrating treatment, and the 60-minute Swedish Signature Rejuvenate massage. Spa Sunday is a two-hour day priced at $295, with a 60-minute massage followed by a 60-minute facial. Guests receive a spa robe and slippers, a foot bath with coconut Epsom salts in the Grounding Lounge, a Butterfly Beauty mocktail, and a warm neck wrap with refreshments. Spa Sunday cancellations need 48 hours' notice, later cancellations are charged the full price, bookings cannot be rescheduled, and enhancements, discounts, gift certificates and membership redemptions do not apply.

Seasonal Holiday Lift + Glow programs run as 4-week or 6-week series. Functional Wellness services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or care. Functional Oncology work for people at any stage of cancer is coordinated with each client's healthcare team. Gift certificates from $50 to $1,000 are redeemable for any experience, never expire, and are delivered by email with a delivery date up to one year from purchase.
