Color is the core of the menu. A single color service covers all-over color or root refreshing, and smaller visits handle root smudging, which softens grow-in at the hairline or around the roots, and root and go appointments. Toner and blowdry visits refresh existing color or blonde, and an add-on toner can remove brassiness or deepen existing color. Toners cannot lighten hair.

The salon offers custom color in four sizes. Mini Custom is capped at 15 foils and fits people refreshing darker hair or adding lightness with only a few foils. Partial Custom works the upper areas, the front sections and half of the rear of the scalp. Full Custom is a complete color or blonding service, and Extra Full Custom is meant for a total change in look. Every custom service includes a hair treatment and a style.

Extensions are a specialty. Visits can be a row-based install, a move-up of existing extensions, or a K tip install in fill-in, partial, full or extra full amounts, with removal priced to match. Row removal does not include putting hair back in. A $30 extension consultation comes first, and the consultation fee is applied as a deposit toward the appointment that follows.

The salon's booking terms state that a cancellation made within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the service price, and a same-day cancellation may be charged the full price. Hair services, extension sales and product purchases cannot be refunded. Root smudge, an added haircut and a custom treatment are add-ons that have to be booked with another service and cannot be booked alone. Gift cards are sold through Square in fixed amounts or in a custom amount.
