Matthew Narvaez owns the salon and leads it as Creative Director. Services are grouped by stylist level, with Junior Stylist, Stylist and Creative Director prices listed for color, highlights, cuts and styling. The Creative Director level is described as offering personalized color, precision cutting and newer techniques. Clients are encouraged to book a complimentary consultation so the appointment can be planned around their goals.

The salon says it is Green Circle certified and that it recycles 95% of its salon waste, including color waste and foils. It also partners with OneTreePlanted to plant a tree for every service, with a goal of 35,000 trees by 2035.

Some policies are worth knowing before booking. Clients who run more than five to ten minutes late should call, since services may be shortened or the visit rescheduled. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and shorter notice carries a $50 fee or up to half the scheduled services. Products are final sale apart from defective items or packaging problems, and services are not refunded but may be adjusted at no charge. Tips for the team are taken in cash only. Clients under 16 are not allowed in the salon.
