The menu is mostly hair: trims and cuts, relaxer touch-ups, hydration and steam services, silk presses, flat twists and ponytails, and color, with brow waxing and filling offered alongside.
The studio is open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM. It is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Color services are booked in person after a regular appointment or consultation, so the stylist can judge the condition of the hair first. Semi-permanent color is a deposit-only service that fades over washes. Flat twist outs and flexi rod sets must be booked no later than 1 PM.
Booking rules are strict. Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours ahead are charged in full, as are clients who neither call nor message before a no-show. Unconfirmed color appointments are cancelled, and an appointment that runs past a 15-minute grace period is cancelled and charged in full. Declining a chemical service on the day still means paying the full quoted price. Payment is by card, which carries a processing fee, by Zelle or by cash, and refunds are not given. A $50 detangling fee applies when braids or protective styles are not detangled before a service.
