Appointments are booked online through a GlossGenius page, with payment taken there as well. The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday, with shorter hours on Friday and Saturday, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. A Buy Now, Pay Later option is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Services are grouped under Lashes, Add-ons and Upcharges. Full sets come in special, natural or hybrid, and volume or mega volume styles. Refills depend on how long it has been since the last visit: a one-week refill for mega volume or hybrid, and two- or three-week fills for hybrid and volume or mega styles. Foreign refills need at least half the lashes still in place, and a new client wanting one must book a foreign refill first. Refills booked after 21 days carry a $15 upcharge, and anything booked more than 30 days out is treated as a full set. Its portfolio shows hybrid, long volume and hybrid brown work.

Add-ons include a color option, a wispy option, a UV light adhesive for clients sensitive to traditional adhesive, and a silent appointment with relaxation music, napping or the client's own headphones, with no conversation required. Clients are asked to wash their lashes daily and arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Fifteen client reviews on the site, according to the business, praise the service, professionalism and friendliness.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for refills, or less than 48 hours for full sets, are charged 70% of the service price, and cancellations with less than 2 hours notice are charged in full. No-shows are charged the full price and may be refused future services. Clients running more than 15 minutes late should contact the studio at least 20 minutes ahead to avoid a cancellation fee.

Treats refills as regular upkeep rather than full reconstruction, and sets refill timing by how long it has been since the previous visit.
