The lash menu covers volume sets, hybrid sets that combine volume fans with individual extensions, and mega volume sets that use up to 16 to 20 extensions per fan. Fills are scheduled to match the set: mini fills run on a one-week cycle, standard volume and hybrid fills about every two weeks, and a three-week fill works on any lash set. Lash lift and tint curls natural lashes and lasts roughly six to eight weeks. Extension removal is also available. Appointments range from one hour for mini fills to close to three hours for full sets.

The facial menu includes dermaplaning with a surgical blade, a hydroderm glow facial that uses custom serums, vortex suction, steam and cool globes, and a chemical peel using PCA Skin products. An acne facial is customized and includes extractions, exfoliation and high frequency or LED light. A limited-edition pumpkin facial using a pumpkin enzyme and arabica coffee bean mask is also offered for a time.

Waxing covers underarm and Brazilian services. Add-ons include color lashes, high frequency and a jelly mask.

The studio has clear booking rules. No extra guests are allowed in the studio. Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel 24 to 48 hours before their appointment. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is charged half price, a no-call, no-show is charged the full price, and arriving more than 10 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled with a $30 fee.

The studio also lists lash training: a Lash Lift Training course at $800 for 6 hours, a Lash Course Refresher at $550 for 5 hours, and a Lash Training Course that requires a $200 deposit, according to the shop.
