Booking requires a non-refundable $25 deposit that goes toward the day-of service, and the balance is paid in cash at the appointment. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, with no existing gum, and without makeup for fill appointments. Lash baths are mandatory for lashes that arrive unclean, with extra fees. Guests are welcome only if they are also being serviced. Same-day appointments require contacting the technician before booking. There is a 10-minute grace period, and later arrivals forfeit the deposit, with the business deciding whether there is time for a late appointment.
A 3-hour travel service at $300 covers travel and can include removals, a new set or fills. Clients enter their address in the booking notes at checkout and may ask for the service to be done on a couch or bed. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours ahead to keep the deposit, and refunds for services are not issued. Complications should be reported within 48 hours to avoid additional fees. Cards used to book are kept on file for future bookings and merchandise payments.
Fills and touch ups are scheduled around how many of a client's natural lashes remain, so the timing and style of each visit follows that count.
