Arrivals up to 10 minutes late are accepted; later arrivals pay a $30 late fee, and arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be cancelled and rescheduled, with the retainer forfeited. Services are final sale, and card payments carry a 7% sales tax added at checkout.

Lash fills are meant to be booked every two to three weeks, and clients should arrive with at least 60% of their extensions intact. If more than three weeks have passed since the last visit, or retention is below 60%, the service is charged as a full set. Clients who lose a notable number of lashes can contact the studio within 72 hours of the appointment. For regular clients there are a three-month Premium Lash Membership, a monthly subscription with a one-month commitment and preferred fill pricing of $110, and three VIP plans with longer-term pricing.
