A visit starts with a consultation with a stylist, who checks the density, strength and length of your natural lashes before choosing extension lengths and thicknesses. A custom design is then created and each extension is hand-placed to match it. A first full set typically takes two to three hours. Extensions come in three levels for classic, hybrid and volume styles, with mega volume offered without levels, and you can choose a softer C curl or a tighter D curl depending on the look you want. The extensions are made of a synthetic material that goes through a double heat-roll process.

The salon also offers Purple Light LED-cured lash extensions, which it says suit guests with busy schedules or sensitivities to traditional glue. Availability varies by location. Lash fills are recommended about every two weeks and usually take around 45 minutes to an hour. During a fill, the stylist removes long or overgrown extensions, replaces any that have shed, and places new ones only where lashes are sparse. The salon advises clients to have fills at the location where their extensions were first applied, though a sister location can be used when travelling.

Other services include lash lifts, which take less than an hour and which the salon says hold a curl for up to eight weeks, and lift and tint appointments that combine a lift with a tint. Tinting appointments take about 30 minutes and use dyes made for lashes and brows, with a consultation to choose a color. Memberships offer discounted lash fills, two per month in the current program, along with 10% off other services and products.
