A visit starts with a consultation with a lash stylist to plan a custom design. The stylist looks at the density, strength and length of your natural lashes and chooses extension lengths and thicknesses to suit them. Extensions are made of a premium synthetic material, run through a double heat-roll process, and are hand-placed one lash at a time. A first full set takes two to three hours and a fill usually takes about 45 minutes. Clients are greeted on arrival, and the appointment is meant to be uninterrupted time.

Lash extensions are applied in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with classic, hybrid and volume each offering three fullness levels. Refills are recommended at least every two weeks, ideally at the location where the extensions were first applied, to keep method and materials consistent. Stylists will decline any request that could damage natural lashes. The salon advises against removing extensions at home and offers professional removal in the salon.

Brow and lash tinting uses dyes formulated for lashes and brows, with the color chosen with the stylist at the consultation. Tinting takes about 30 minutes and the color lasts up to four weeks. Memberships include two discounted lash refills per month and 10% off other services and products.

Each lash look is planned from a consultation, and stylists tailor lengths, thickness and curl to each client's natural lashes.
