Visits are appointment only, with no walk-ins, though a waitlist is kept for clients who want an earlier time. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, bare face and clean lashes; arriving with makeup or dirty lashes adds a removal or lash bath fee. Clients must be 18 or older to book, and a parent or guardian may schedule for a minor and must attend the first appointment. Parking is free in the lot, and the booking site notes the location is not wheelchair accessible.

The lash menu covers classic lashes, which place one extension on each natural lash, wet lashes with closed fans for a denser, textured look, hybrid (YY) lashes with a split Y-shaped tip, and volume lashes with a fan on each natural lash. Every full set includes an aftercare kit. Fills are offered only when at least 40% of lashes remain and the visit falls within three weeks of a full set or fill, and foreign fills are not offered. Free removals are provided whether or not the set was done at the business.

Lash lift and tint are a separate option. The lift curls natural lashes with a chemical solution, and the tint darkens them; results typically last six to eight weeks, and each service includes a deep conditioning treatment. On the brow side, services include brow mapping, trimming, waxing and tweezing tailored to face shape, brow lamination for a thicker, fuller look, and a brow tint that uses a hybrid henna and dye stain. The Ultimate Brow combines waxing, tinting and lamination in one visit.

Safety and lash health come first. Lash placement and isolation are checked closely on every full set and fill, sanitation follows proper protocols, and clients are taught lash care and aftercare. The business's stated mission is to help clients feel confident and beautiful.
