Brow services include lamination, which sets the hairs in a new direction and lasts up to eight weeks, along with brow mapping, shaping, tinting and brow makeup. Lash services range from classic and Korean lash lifts and tints to fills, refreshes and extensions in classic, hybrid, volume, angel or wet, strip and mega volume styles. Special event lashes, which are not extensions and are meant to last up to five days, suit clients who are not ready for extensions or who react to extension adhesive. Lash baths remove buildup and leftover makeup residue. Waxing covers the lip, chin, sideburns, cheeks, hairline and full face.
Clients can book a lash or brow consultation first. New clients pay a deposit that varies by service, and reminders go out by text, email or both 24 hours and 1 hour before. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, and the studio is closed Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Late cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of an appointment carry a $50 fee, and rescheduling, no-shows or arriving 15 or more minutes late carry an $80 no-show fee. A deposit is non-transferable if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed.
The studio guarantees its work: if a client is not completely satisfied, a touch-up can be requested within 3 days of the last appointment. Eligible fills include a free 15-minute touch-up, though clients who have had fills with another lash artist must first become established with the studio. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. Bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the website.
