The Lash House Tx operates out of a home in Spring, Texas, and focuses entirely on eyelash extensions. Clients can choose from several full set styles, from a classic single extension per natural lash to mega volume fans of ten or more lightweight extensions per lash. Wispy versions of most styles use special mapping and detailed lashing for a softer, strip-lash look.
Appointments are scheduled on weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM, with the studio closed on weekends. Full sets take between 105 and 120 minutes, and refills take 75 minutes when coming from another salon. Refills for current clients are priced by lash style and the number of weeks since the last visit, from one to three weeks. A refill is due up to 10 days after a one-week visit, up to 17 days after a two-week visit, and up to 24 days after a three-week visit. Lash corrections are available for up to 3 days after a service, and problems should be reported within 24 hours.
First-time clients need to be at least 18, unless a guardian is with them. Newcomers who book a full set, or a refill done at another salon, put down a $25 deposit. A refill from another salon is only accepted when at least 30% of the extensions are still in place; if fewer remain, a full set is required. Cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment, or not showing up, incurs a 40% fee. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to rebook if the remaining time is too short for the service. Services are non-refundable, and gift cards cannot be returned. Buy Now, Pay Later covers bookings from $50 up to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment.
Clients can call or text (346) 313-0155 to book. Aftercare products and lash serum are sold through an external Borboleta link. Gift cards are available in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or in custom amounts.
