Appointments are booked with a deposit, and the remaining balance is paid in full at the visit, in cash only, since mobile payments are not accepted.

Because appointments take roughly two to three hours and space is limited, the business asks clients to come alone and to arrive on time. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and clean lashes, free of mascara and lash glue, and to use the restroom before the service begins.

The studio sets clear rules around timing and changes. Arriving more than 5 minutes late adds an upcharge to the remaining balance, and an appointment is canceled if a client is more than 10 minutes late. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day and emergency appointments carry a $25 upcharge and depend on availability, and clients can text the business to ask. Clients who miss an appointment without calling may be banned from scheduling. No refunds are given for services. If a client has a problem with their lashes, they have 24 hours to report it, and the business says it will try to fix the issue.
