Lash extensions come in classic, bold, wispy, and mega volume styles, with the style and placement tailored to each client's eye shape. Clients who already have extensions from another studio can book a foreign fill, which applies to clients who still have at least half their lashes.
Memberships run monthly. Express Club is $135, Core Club is $150, and Priority Club is $165, each with a $50 activation fee when booking the first full set. Members get priority booking without deposits and their fills included, with the fill style depending on the plan. Two referrals earn a free fill, and four referrals earn a free full set.
Booking requires a $20 deposit for lash services, paid online. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours ahead. Clients sign a waiver before services, arrive with no makeup on, and are asked to keep a card on file for no-shows. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, after which a $20 late fee applies, and appointments are rescheduled if the business has not heard from a client 30 minutes after the start time. Payment is cash only, due at the appointment, and there are no refunds on any service. The business also reserves the right to refuse service.
Aftercare is simple: keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours, avoid heat, chemicals, steam, and oil, wash daily with cold water and lash shampoo using a soft brush, and avoid touching or pulling. The salon sells lash shampoo, a cleansing brush, and an aftercare kit for these steps. Gift cards are available with a balance check.
Lash extensions are tailored to each client's eye shape, with a choice of classic, bold, wispy, or mega volume styles.
