The Lash Duo was started by two friends, Emily Ho and Michelle Lam, who decided to work together as lash artists after sharing a neighborhood, a class and a workplace.

Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash and start at $80. Volume options include a see-through curtain, which usually applies 4 to 8 extensions per natural lash ($120), a mega blackout curtain with typically 10 to 16 per lash ($180), and Russian volume, which uses ultra-fine hand-made fans ($140). Hybrid sets start at $100, and design lashes, including wispy, Douyin, anime and comic styles plus recreations of favorite strip lash looks, start at $130. Add-ons such as color lashes, glitter lashes and wispy spikes start at $10.

The studio is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 7pm, and Sundays are by appointment only. Clients can book through the website or by phone. Design lash clients are asked to text inspiration photos ahead of their consultation. People who submit the contact form agree to automated texts for appointment confirmations and reminders, and can reply STOP to opt out.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers lash lifts with tint, starting at $80, and brow lamination with tint, starting at $80. Brow lamination alone is $70 and a lash lift alone is $70. Refills are priced by set type and timing. Two-week refills start at $50 for classic, $60 for hybrid and $70 for volume, and three-week refills start at $75, $80 and $100 respectively. A 50% intro refill replaces or adds about half of the original extensions at $80 and is often suggested for first-time clients.

A patch test, listed at $20, applies 5 to 10 extensions to each eye so a client can check for redness, itching or swelling over 24 to 48 hours. Lash removal is $30. One client review calls the experience the best in recent months and praises the hospitality, and another says the rates are reasonable.

Looks are tailored to each client's own features, and design work is planned from inspiration photos shared ahead of the appointment.
