Every new client has a consultation before the first service to talk through current lash likes, dislikes and challenges. The consultation also sets a long-term maintenance schedule that fits the client's lifestyle. Services include classic full sets, which place one extension on one natural lash for a natural look, hybrid sets that mix classic extensions with volume fans for a textured, wispy finish, and volume sets, where fans of two to six lightweight extensions are handmade during each appointment. Volume sets take longer for that reason.

Lash lifts curl natural lashes, and the Lash Lift & Tint option also tints them black. The salon also offers brow and lash tinting. The studio says it uses high-end lashes, adhesive and products for each service.

The space is private and cozy, with soothing scents, light background music and a comfortable bed with a soft blanket. Complimentary wifi is available, and clients are welcome to bring headphones, podcasts or their own music.
