Extensions are a lightweight synthetic fiber bonded to each natural lash, and they are water resistant. An initial full set usually takes about 2 to 2.5 hours, and fill appointments run 60 to 75 minutes. Fills are typically recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, and extensions generally last 4 to 8 weeks, depending on aftercare and the natural growth cycle of the lashes.

A visit starts with a short consultation to pick the look, and home care instructions are reviewed before you leave. Anyone with natural lashes present can wear extensions, including people whose lashes are regrowing after hair loss. The salon states it guarantees its work 100%.

The UV method uses a glue that the salon describes as giving off little to no fumes, which it says makes application quicker. According to the salon, UV extensions are hypoallergenic, last longer, cure more rapidly, and stay in place until the natural lashes shed. The salon also reports that eight in ten clients with a glue allergy can go back to wearing extensions safely using the UV system. Pricing for UV fills varies. UV add-ons are offered for fills booked 2 weeks, 2 to 3 weeks, or 3 or more weeks apart.

Capital Club memberships are billed monthly at $130 for Classic, $149 for Hybrid and $169 for Volume, and each includes two fill appointments of that style per month. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled and begin with a 4-month commitment. Unused appointments expire at the end of each month, do not roll over, and have no cash value. Missed appointments and late cancellations count as one included appointment. Gift cards are sold online in preset amounts or a custom amount.

Each visit begins with a short consultation to choose the look, and home care is reviewed before clients leave. The salon offers standard extensions along with a UV system, which it says cures instantly and is water resistant right away.
