The salon was built around its owner, Sharon, who entered the lash industry in 2017, first working out of a home studio in Fishtown before going full time at a local lash salon. The stylists work across Classic, Hybrid and Volume sets, which differ in how many extensions go on each natural lash and in the finished look, from a natural classic set to a bolder wet-look or fan-lash volume set.

Visits are by appointment only. A credit card is required at booking to hold a deposit of 40% of the service, which is applied to the visit. Deposits are non-refundable, and a deposit can be moved once to a rescheduled appointment. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period. The salon is open Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and closed Sunday. Payment can be made by cash, major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle and tap-and-go cards, while gratuity is cash only.

The salon also teaches an in-person classic eyelash extension course that requires no previous experience. It covers full sets, fills, removals, aftercare, eye design, product knowledge, safety and sanitation, and consent forms. Students receive a take-home manual, a kit of products and equipment, and a certificate. Classes are small and usually held on Sundays from 9 AM to 7 PM, and cost is available by email. The salon describes itself as having the best lash stylists and the best eyelash extensions in Philadelphia.

Gift cards are available as digital cards sent by email, or as physical cards bought at the boutique or by phone. Two-hour metered parking is on South 2nd Street on the salon's block, and two-hour free parking is on Bainbridge Street and Hancock Street.

Avoids applying anything that could compromise natural lashes, and offers a complimentary extension consultation to help choose a set and style based on lifestyle and eye shape.
