The Lash Boutique opened in September 2014 and is run by its owner and founder, Jamie Hils. The salon describes itself as Kentucky's first lash-focused salon and original eyelash extension salon, and says it was voted BEST of NKY for lash and brow services. It sits in Northern Kentucky, minutes from Cincinnati.

Lash work is the core of the menu, with classic and volume extensions, full sets, fill-ins, a lighter Flirt Set for clients who want to try extensions first, lash lifts, and lash tinting done with an organic vegetable dye. Brow services include tinting, HD brows that combine tint with waxing or tweezing, brow lamination, and microblading. Skin services range from a 30-minute Flash Facial to Hydrafacial treatments, dermaplaning, a 24 Karat Gold Facial, a Fire & Ice treatment and micro-needling.

The studio also hosts private parties and bridal parties, with services that can be tailored to the group. Private party bookings include group discounts and complimentary champagne. Permanent makeup clients can book a consultation at no charge. Fine line tattoos are offered under the name Lines by Brin, in small, medium and large sizes, and are booked online; the salon operates as a licensed tattoo facility, and tattoo prices can be adjusted at the appointment if needed.

The salon also trains lash artists. It is a certified Bella Lash training school and offers Lash University courses approved by the Kentucky State Board, as well as certified lash artist training for applicants who contact the training email address.
