The extension styles differ in how many extensions go on each natural lash. Classic lashes use one extension per natural lash in a matching diameter. Mega classic uses several ultra fine extensions per lash for a classic look with more density. Hybrid combines half classic and half volume extensions. Volume uses very fine extensions hand-made into fans and applied to natural lashes. Volume 2 allows more time for the baby lashes than Volume 1 and is the fullest set the business offers, according to its own description.

Fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Mini fills cost less for clients returning within seven days of their last fill, and a volume fill is for clients who had a fill within 21 days or lost more lashes than usual. Weekend lashes are cluster strip segments that last up to five days and include removal. Clients who already wear extensions from another artist can book a foreign fill, which includes an assessment and removal of any damaging extensions.

Before a first full set, a patch test applies a few extensions so clients can check for an allergic reaction. It is free, takes 30 minutes, and should be done two days before the full set. NuLids is a 15-minute lash and eyelid deep-cleaning service. The about page describes the lash artist as a licensed cosmetologist and a certified lash artist.

Booking requires a card on file, and clients receive a confirmation text and email 24 hours ahead. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup and to avoid waterproof mascara or eyeliner for 48 hours beforehand, skip caffeine before the visit, and keep lashes dry and away from steam for 24 to 48 hours after. Cancellations made less than 12 hours ahead are charged half the appointment cost, and no-call no-shows are charged in full. Lash extensions cannot be reused, so refunds are not given. Clients on Accutane or similar medication are advised to avoid extensions.

The business says its lash extensions are safe for natural lashes and cause no damage when applied properly, and it offers a patch test before a full set.
