The Lash Babe operates from Suite 30 at 2602 Isabella Blvd in Jacksonville Beach. Work is by appointment only, and time is set aside for each booked client. Services cover lash extensions and fills, lash lifts and tints, lash removal, brow tinting and waxing, lip waxing, and teeth whitening.

The studio's stated goal is to help each client look their best and feel confident in everyday life, using quality services and products. It aims to build lasting relationships by tailoring the experience to each client.

Booking-page hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the studio closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Changes to an appointment need at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation within 24 hours is charged 50% of the service price, and a missed appointment is charged 100%. Reminders are sent by text or email as a courtesy.

The studio also offers two one-day training programs, Beginner Lash Extension Training and Teeth Whitening Training. Gift cards are available online in amounts of $25, $50, $75 or $100, or in a custom amount.

Each appointment is built around the individual client, with an emphasis on quality services and products.
