The salon's priority is the health of each client's natural lashes. Designs are built around each client's features, and a set starts with a conversation: clients share lash inspiration, questions or concerns with Nicky, who then creates a customized set.

The extension menu runs from Classic Enhanced, which applies one extension to one natural lash and suits healthy lashes and first-time clients, to Hybrid Lashes, which mix classic and volume styles for a textured, slightly fuller look without being too dramatic. Volume Lashes are hand-crafted fans of two to ten or more lightweight extensions per lash, offered in light, medium and full densities. The Wet Lash / Wet and Wispy set is a house specialty with a glossy, defined, damp finish, and Wispy Overload pairs prominent wispy spikes with narrow fan volume lashes for bold event or everyday looks.

Between appointments, a Standard Fill is for clients with at least half their lashes remaining, typically two to three weeks (up to 21 days) after the first visit. An Extended Fill is for clients with at least 40% remaining, typically three to four weeks (up to 28 days). A full set is required if a fill comes more than four weeks (28 days) after the initial appointment. For clients who want a low-maintenance lift without extensions, the Korean Lash Lift uses gentler keratin-rich solutions to curl natural lashes while keeping them soft and flexible; it is offered lift-only or with tint.

To book, a $35 deposit is due at booking and can be sent by Venmo or Zelle; appointments without a deposit are not accepted. Clients are asked to complete a client intake and consent form before their visit. Squeeze-in appointments may be possible, and clients can call, text or email to ask.

The salon puts the health of clients' natural lashes first and designs each set around the client's features and what they bring to the appointment.
