The Lash Altar works from Suite G inside Tropical Glow Beauty Bar in Pinellas Park. It is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.

About

Appointments are booked around how long each service takes, from a 20-minute brow shape to a lip blush session of about 4.5 hours. New clients pay a $30 deposit before an appointment is confirmed and settle the remaining balance at the end of the service. Lip blush and Korean lash lift with extensions carry their own deposit amounts. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours forfeits the deposit and adds a $30 same-day fee, and no-shows must pay in full before booking again. Clients have a 15-minute grace period and should contact the studio if they are running late. Services are non-refundable, extra guests are not permitted because of limited space, and payment is accepted by cash, credit, debit, Venmo and Zelle.

Before a visit, clients are asked to come without eye makeup or under-eye concealer. Those planning brow waxing or lamination should stop retinoids, acids and acne medications for at least 7 to 14 days beforehand, and should avoid BHA and AHA products before waxing. Lash fills are booked on a schedule that depends on the service, and a fill requires that at least 40 percent of the extensions from the previous set are still intact. Fills take between 1 hour 15 minutes and 1 hour 45 minutes, while new sets take 2 to 2.5 hours depending on natural lashes.

Services are timed and priced individually, with lash fills booked at set intervals based on how long the previous set has lasted.
