Designs are customized to what each guest's natural lashes can comfortably support, from soft and natural to full and dramatic. The salon says it does not apply lashes that are too long or heavy for the natural lash. Its volume fans are handmade rather than premade so they wrap around the lash, and it says it uses top-quality materials and carries an extensive selection of lashes.

Appointments are booked online through Boulevard, and group appointments for friends and family can be booked the same way. A complimentary consultation is offered for guests unsure which service to choose. Patch tests and a short sensitivity test, where a few extensions go on the lash line before a full set, are available before a first set or lash lift. The salon also sells gift cards and a liner made for lash extensions, and it does not work over another salon's extensions without first seeing them in person.

Health-first and customized: each design is shaped to what the natural lashes can safely support. The salon says all of its artists are trained to the same standards in its own approach to lash artistry.
