The studio says no two sets should be the same. Each set is built around the client's eye shape, natural lashes, desired fullness, style and day-to-day lifestyle rather than a single standard template. Booking starts with a consultation about the look you want, how you live, and any earlier lash experience. Before application, the artist creates a lash map suited to your eye shape and natural lashes. After each appointment, clients receive personalized aftercare guidance. The studio advises avoiding steam and water for 48 hours after extensions go on, and recommends fills every two to three weeks, since extensions last up to four weeks.

Extensions are offered in Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Wet Look styles, with wispy and Mega Volume versions available within those styles. Fills are priced by style to match. For a lift without extensions, the Lash Lift & Tint is a semi-permanent curl paired with a deep-black tint that works on natural lashes and typically lasts six to eight weeks. The studio also offers brow wax and shape, brow tint, brow lamination (with or without tint), and facial waxing for the lips, chin, cheeks and full face.

Deposits and timing are part of booking. A 30% deposit is taken when scheduling and is non-refundable, but it is credited toward the service. Canceling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice keeps the deposit. Cancellations under 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 70%. Arriving 15 or more minutes late counts as a no-show. The cancellation fee is waived once for a documented medical emergency involving hospitalization. Clients should arrive with lashes and brows free of makeup, oils and residue, or a $10 lash bath fee applies. Eyelash growth serums should be stopped at least 48 hours before an appointment, and caffeine is best avoided right before a visit. Children, guests and pets are not permitted in the treatment area.

Fill pricing depends on how many lashes have stayed on. Standard fill pricing applies when retention is 40% or more. Fills with 25 to 40% retention carry a $30 corrective surcharge, and fills with under 25% retention, or booked 25 or more days after the last service, require a full set. Appointments booked 22 to 24 days out require a lash assessment before type and price are confirmed. Fills from work done at another studio are accepted if the work is safe and retention is 40% or more. If excessive lash loss happens within three days of a service and aftercare was followed, a complimentary adjustment is offered within 72 hours.
