Education and honesty come before any sale, and the team will advise against a treatment when it isn't the right fit for a client.

A visit usually starts with a consultation. Each treatment plan is built around the individual. Contour TRL, HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional require a consultation before treatment. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and appointments are booked through the Book Now button on the website. The contact form is for callback requests only, and clients are asked not to put treatment or health details in it.

The treatment menu is organized around the concern being addressed, from superficial refreshes such as NanoLaserPeel to deeper resurfacing with Contour TRL. The clinic uses Sciton laser platforms and offers several combination treatments, including BBL HEROic with NanoLaserPeel and BBL HEROic with MOXI. Kira's Resurfacing Blend is a medium-depth option with no fixed protocol: the technologies and depths are chosen after a skin assessment.
