A visit starts with a free consultation of about 30 minutes. From there, standard plans run six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, and the exact plan is set at that consultation. Individual sessions can be booked for one area or several, and session lengths vary widely, from about 30 minutes for underarms to about 270 minutes for a full-body treatment.

Booking works in two steps: clients pay online for the treatments they choose, and the salon then schedules each one by phone. Before a session, clients are asked to shave the treated area 24 hours ahead, to avoid waxing, plucking or hair removal creams for four to six weeks, and to limit sun exposure before and after treatment.

During treatment, clients often say the sensation is a brief, sharp snap, and the devices include cooling technology. Some temporary redness and slight swelling around the treated area is common and usually settles within a few hours. Laser hair removal reduces hair over the long term but does not promise complete removal, so occasional touch-up sessions may be needed.

Treatments are performed by a licensed specialist on professional laser equipment, with the device chosen after skin and hair are assessed and settings adjusted to each client during the session.
