Each guest gets a treatment shaped to their skin rather than a set facial script. The studio says it only offers facials it judges good for the skin and skips treatments simply because they are in fashion. Ultrasonic Facial runs $89 for 45 minutes. Perfecting Facial costs $94 and lasts an hour. The Trio, $124 for an hour, pairs ultrasonic cleansing with a microdermabrasion method that uses no crystals, then adds an infusion of oxygen, peptides and alpha hydroxy acids. For sensitive skin, The Trio can be adjusted, but it is not advised for anyone with active pustular or cystic acne, anyone taking blood thinners, or anyone with severe rosacea. The Opti Resurfacer is a separate resurfacing facial: a solution is applied and hardens onto the skin as it dries, then gets peeled off by hand together with built-up surface material. It works for every skin type and tone, except for guests with cystic acne. Diamond Microdermabrasion, $89 for 45 minutes, has its tip size and suction set individually for each client.

Chemical peels come in three levels: Level 1 ($85) is a mild, superficial peel; Level 2 ($95) reaches deeper and may cause mild flaking; Level 3 ($115) typically takes about a week to recover from. The peels are self-neutralizing blended acid formulas that include plant stem cells, polypeptides, antioxidants, and healing minerals. New guests need pre-authorization before booking a Level 3 peel. Facial waxing uses hard wax, with prices from $10 for lip or nose to $40 for a full face, and is offered only to existing guests who also receive skin services at the studio. Microdermabrasion is not recommended for highly sensitive or fragile skin, inflammatory acne, or clients on blood thinners, and facial waxing should not be done within 3 days of it.

The Acne Clearing Program is a one-on-one service that is not medical in nature. It pairs professional treatments with a skin analysis, a review of lifestyle and diet, a home care plan built for the individual, and clearing treatments repeated every two weeks. The first consultation and treatment takes 1 hour 30 minutes and costs $155. That fee covers a sensitivity test and program materials, but home care products are extra. Follow-up treatments cost $80 each or $216 for three. According to the studio, a full home care routine typically runs about $196 and contains roughly six products. The program draws on the principles, products and treatments of Face Reality Acne Clinic. The business calls it the safest and best acne program in Murfreesboro, a claim that is its own. Clients under 18 need pre-authorization before the consultation and treatment. The studio does not accept health insurance.

Bookings can be made online at any time of day. Holding an appointment requires a credit card, but nothing is charged when booking; payment is collected once the visit ends. Guests who arrive more than five minutes late might have to reschedule. Cancelling with under a day's notice can result in a charge of half the scheduled service price. The studio also offers a coaching program for students currently enrolled in esthetics courses and for estheticians within their first two years of licensure.
