It has grown from about 1,000 square feet to 3,500 square feet and now has 12 treatment rooms, a private nail spa, a boutique, a sitting room, three bathrooms and a shower facility. The team of 38 includes licensed massage, skin care and nail technicians.

Skincare is a large part of the menu. Facials use comfort zone organic and natural products, and the spa offers several HydraFacial options that include lymphatic drainage and red or blue LED light therapy. The spa suggests a HydraFacial once a month for skin health. Clinical options include Matrix Pro radiofrequency microneedling, which the provider tailors to each client's skin and goals and which is commonly done as a series of about three treatments spaced several weeks apart, and Sublative fractional radiofrequency skin resurfacing. Dr. Marc Epstein offers cosmetic consultations on Mondays and Wednesdays at the spa, where injections and PDO threads are arranged by consultation.

Massage services range from the signature Swedish or firm-pressure massage and an anti-stress treatment using certified organic oil and warmed basalt stones, to deep tissue and sports work, cupping, hot stone and fascia release sessions. Lover's Lane couples massages take place in a dedicated couples suite. Massages can be adjusted for specific aches and pains. Pre-natal massage requires care from an obstetrician or midwife and at least eight weeks of pregnancy. The spa describes its manual lymph drainage therapists as Vodder-method certified and as licensed massage therapists.

Appointments are requested by calling the front desk at 561-691-0104, and spa packages are reserved the same way. New clients must provide a credit card to reserve an appointment. The spa does not offer acrylic nails. It donates $500 or more each month to local charities, with a focus on food pantries and families in financial hardship, and hosts an annual charity day in October. The affiliated M.C.L. Foundation Inc., a non-profit founded in February 2002, assists families in crisis.

Treatments are adjusted to the client: massages are tailored to specific aches and pains, Matrix plans are set by the provider for each client's skin and goals, and the spa recommends a monthly HydraFacial for skin health.
