The nail menu is broad. It includes manicures, gel and acrylic full sets, fills and overlays, toe sets, French and ombré designs, and freestyle sets with custom nail art or art based on a client's photo. Freestyle sets include charms and minimal diamonds, and the salon lists a range of lengths with extra cost for longer nails. Kids' nails are gel only for ages 2 to 8, and kids' acrylic sets are offered for ages 8 to 17. Acrylic fills booked three weeks or more after the last set cost more, and a soak-off is required before a fresh set after two fills.

Clients can buy raw human hair straight from the salon. The salon also notes that certain widely sold synthetic hair brands have been reported to contain cancer-causing substances.

Booking carries a few firm terms. A deposit is required and is non-refundable, though it can be moved once if the client reschedules at least 48 hours ahead. The booking calendar opens 60 days in advance. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the remaining balance, and no-call, no-show appointments cannot be rebooked. Appointments may be canceled if a client is more than 15 minutes late. Wait times can occur and appointment end times are not guaranteed, so clients are advised not to book close to other appointments. Payment is taken by cash, Apple Pay, or prepayment online at arrival. Booking with any stylist means agreeing to all listed terms.

House calls are available by arrangement with a stylist. The fee starts at $100 and rises with distance, and house calls must be booked directly through the stylist.

Raw human hair is the salon's first choice for extensions and added hair. It cites reports that several well-known synthetic hair brands may contain carcinogens as its reason.
