Appointments are private and one-on-one in an intimate space rather than a busy shared room. Haircuts include a relaxing wash with scalp massage, followed by a blowdry and style, and color services are finished the same way.
Booking is done directly by text, phone or email, since the salon does not use an online booking tool, and clients receive a text confirmation. Listed prices are a general guide; final prices may rise slightly depending on hair type, services and individual needs, and are discussed at consultation. Thick hair that runs past the scheduled session may carry a $10 haircut add-on. Adding a cut to a root touch-up lowers the cut cost by $10, and adding one to highlights, lowlights, balayage, color melting or color correction lowers it by $20. Color correction is priced at $90 per hour.
Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations may be charged 50% of the booked service. Corrective requests are accommodated if the salon is contacted within a week of the original appointment. The salon states that its service is guaranteed, with corrections made if the final result does not match the consultation. It also says it keeps strict cleanliness and sanitation standards to prevent cross-contamination between clients and stylists. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
