The MMA classes combine Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu technique with Muay Thai, wrestling, conditioning and strategy, and students get personalized plans based on their goals and skill level. Kickboxing is open to every level, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and mixes striking, footwork and self-defense through drills, sparring and partner work.
Parents are welcome to watch their children's classes for the full session, which reflects the gym's family-oriented feel.
Enrollment is required at the start of each cycle, and the course covers practical techniques, situational awareness and confidence. Personal training is tailored to individual goals such as building strength, losing weight, improving endurance or sharpening martial arts skills, and sessions can be booked around a client's schedule. IV vitamin infusion therapy is also offered as part of the gym's wellness services.
New visitors can try a free first class with no prior experience needed. The intro covers basic positions, drills, self-defense techniques and controlled sparring. Students without a gi can borrow one, and the gym provides gis for the first class. The gym recommends training two to three times a week to see progress.
Teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through leverage and technique rather than brute strength, with the belief that everyone can keep growing into a better version of themselves.
A family-oriented gym where parents can watch their children's classes from start to finish.
