Most of the menu is facials, ranging from a 30-minute express facial to longer treatments with extraction, masks and serums. The Custom Facial is the salon's most popular facial. First-time guests start with a consultation and a skin and lifestyle analysis before any treatment is chosen.

Beyond the face, the spa offers body services such as a cellulite treatment, a body scrub wrap and salt scrubs, along with waxing, brow lamination and lash lifts. Event work includes bridal hair styling and a bridal package that adds a custom facial one week before the wedding. A few offerings are for specific groups: a Teen facial for ages 13 to 19, a Gentleman Treatment designed for men, and a Vajacial that is scheduled three days after a Brazilian wax.

Several facials use devices or advanced methods, including a three-step hydrofacial, a microchanneling facial described as similar to microneedling, a plasma pen with microcurrent called Jet Plasma, and carboxy and PDRN treatments. Jet Plasma asks clients to avoid makeup, other skincare, exercise, sauna and steam for 12 hours afterward, and to wait two weeks after Botox or filler injections.

Bookings are made online at any hour. Clients agree to the spa policies through an emailed service agreement before an appointment is accepted, and a credit card is kept on file to hold appointments. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes lose the service and incur a fee of half the service price, and children are not permitted in the salon. The spa also sells Infuse Xincare products, which it describes as all-natural, in store and online.

The spa describes its approach as education-first and customized, building each treatment plan around the individual client with the aim of encouraging self-care.
