Visits are by appointment only, booked by call or text. The schedule opens on the last day of each month. Walk-ins and same-day services are not offered. Consultations can be in person or virtual, and for a consultation clients should arrive with their natural hair, since braids, twists, blowouts, sew-ins and chemically straightened hair are not accepted at that stage. Children are not allowed in the salon, and services are for clients 12 and older. Space and seating are limited, so extra guests need an appointment too.

The menu covers loc maintenance, interlocking and loc styling, along with specialty work such as instant locs, loc extensions, textured loc extensions, loc restoration and loc repair. Temporary invisible locs and goddess locs are installed with the feed-in method. The studio services only traditional locs, pencil size or larger, for maintenance and interlocking, and does not offer sisterlocks, microlocks, loc combining or wicks.

Regular appointments such as loc maintenance, styling and color can be canceled at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged. Specialty services can be canceled for a full deposit refund up to 30 days before the appointment; after that, clients may reschedule up to one week before, and the deposit is not refundable. No-show clients cannot reschedule.
