Booking is by appointment only, with a deposit. New clients need a consultation first, and all color services require one before booking. There are no walk-ins and no waiting area. A 15-minute grace period applies; after that the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and the deposit forfeited. Relaxer touch-ups are recommended every 6 to 8 weeks and luxury sew-in maintenance every 2 to 3 weeks. Clients who are not satisfied with a service should tell the salon within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment.
