First-time clients are asked to book a full set rather than a fill.

Booking is done with a non-refundable $30 deposit, which is applied toward the total cost of the appointment. The remaining balance is paid after the service is finished. Debit cards, credit cards and cash are accepted.

Clients under 18 can book only with parent consent. Guests are asked not to bring extra people to appointments, and clients should check their email for a confirmation that includes the address.

The business does not work over lash extensions done by other artists. Before an appointment, clients are asked to remove mascara, eyeliner and residue such as hair glue, oils or moisturizers from the eye area. A $15 fee applies if lashes arrive dirty.

A lash fill requires at least 40% of the client's lashes to remain. If fewer remain, the client is charged for a full set or the appointment is rescheduled, depending on availability.

Same-day and squeeze-in appointments carry an extra $30. Emergency and Sunday appointments carry an extra $70 and need a deposit; they are accepted only when the artist can fit the client in, and are requested by email. After-hours appointments cost an extra $50.

Late arrivals of 10 minutes incur a $15 fee if the appointment can still be serviced; otherwise it may be cancelled. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, to a date within 14 days of the original, and the deposit is honored for only 14 days. Clients request their own new time when rescheduling. Same-day cancellations are charged 40% of the remaining service cost, and no-call/no-shows are charged the full service and cannot book again until paid.
